- Build relationships with prospective customers and confidently present School of Rock programs
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and trial students via phone, text, and email
- Support monthly enrollment and retention goals
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system
- Assist with student onboarding, scheduling, and registration
- Help create referral and community outreach opportunities
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for students, families, and guests
- Greet students and parents promptly and professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service and proactively address questions or concerns
- Support student retention through strong communication and relationship-building
- Assist in creating a positive and organized front-of-house culture
- Manage complex lesson and rehearsal scheduling
- Assist with billing, account management, attendance, and administrative reporting
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Support events, performances, marketing initiatives, and community partnerships
- Assist the General Manager with operational and administrative projects
- Ensure adherence to all School of Rock safety, supervision, and code of conduct policies
- Collaborate closely with instructors, show directors, and leadership teams
- Support communication between staff, students, and families
- Help maintain a strong team culture built on accountability, positivity, and professionalism
- Assist with onboarding and training new front desk staff as the school grows
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, membership sales, retail management, admissions, or front desk operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High-energy personality with a welcoming and outgoing demeanor
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Professional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Passion for music, arts education, youth development, or community-building is a major plus
